Everything about this property was top class. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything required for a perfect stay. Rachel, the host, was lovely and provided a warm welcome with fabulous scones. We stayed at The Old Laundry for a week with our teenage daughters and it was perfect. The cottage had two spacious bedrooms with separate staircases, each with their own bathroom. Everything was clean and well-kept, with modern conveniences like a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Heather, the owner, was friendly and responsive, and even stocked the kitchen with bread, butter, milk. The location was great, with scenic hiking routes nearby and Ben Nevis trailheads just a short drive away. We would love to come back!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

And the fresh-baked scones on arrival were a delightful treat! The peaceful setting by the river was perfect for relaxation, and watching the birds feed outside was a lovely touch. The value for money at the Old Laundry was outstanding, with spacious and comfortable rooms, modern amenities, and a beautiful location near scenic hiking routes. The staff, especially Heather, the owner, were friendly, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety.

Our stay at the cottage was absolutely incredible! We couldn't believe the value for money we got. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the beautiful old stone cottage nestled by the river. The pictures didn't do it justice at all, as every room was much larger than expected. The expansive kitchen, lounge, and dining room downstairs were perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The two king-size bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, provided privacy and comfort. Rachel, our host, was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of firewood for cozy nights by the fireplace. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The location was convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. We really couldn't find a single fault with the property, and we're already looking forward to coming back. we highly recommend this amazing cottage to anyone looking to explore Scotland.

This place was wonderful. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The fridge was stocked with fresh ingredients like eggs, milk, and toast, and we were even treated to warm scones with butter and jam. The cottage itself was cozy and warm, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. Plus, the open fire in the living room was a great touch. Highly recommend this place, it was like our own little home away from home.
That the driveway led out onto a busy road. At times, there was quite a bit of traffic passing by, especially tour buses.

I was delighted to find freshly baked scones and other kitchen essentials waiting for me upon arrival. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Nothing, all was good. 👍

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a peaceful and charming cottage for my Highlands holiday. The Old Laundry At Allt A'Mhuilinn provided the perfect home base for me and my family. The two spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, were ideal for our family of four. The beds were comfy and the entire cottage was clean and well-kept. We appreciated the modern conveniences like the dishwasher and washer/dryer. The owner, Heather, was friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. She even stocked the kitchen with essentials like bread, butter, milk, coffee, and tea. We were delighted by her freshly-baked scones as well. The location of the cottage was fantastic, with scenic hiking routes within walking distance and the Ben Nevis trailheads just a short drive away. The tranquility of the cottage, set back from the road in a little valley, was truly wonderful. The only drawback was that the driveway led out to a busy main route at times, but it didn't greatly impact our overall enjoyment. I highly recommend the Old Laundry At Allt A'Mhuilinn for a delightful Highlands getaway.
